The AI Decision Course, by Dr. Tony Hoang

How a lesson works
Read it in five minutes.
The decisions one pilot forces, what guests have seen go wrong, and the research behind it.
Know what to ask.
Each lesson says what to ask, which role to ask, and who owns the answer.
Fill in the tool with your team.
A card or checklist, with a worked example.
Test it with AI.
Three prompts, tried on three models: one fills in your card with you, one argues against it, and one turns the lesson into a plan for your own pilot.
Where it comes from
The lessons draw on what chief AI officers, CTOs, product leaders and founders across industries have learned: first the conversations on The Artificial Intelligence Podcast, then other leaders' interviews and published research, each named in the lesson's sources. Guests on the show spoke there, not for this course, so the lessons don't name them. Where a point rests on one guest, the lesson tells it as theirs. It is not a coding course, and there are no live calls: you work through it at your own pace.
- Every point from an interview is checked against what was actually said.
- Every research number is checked at its source and linked at the end.
Lessons stay current
When new interviews or research change the advice, the lesson is updated and members get an email when the change matters.
